The Aquarius Institute is committed to crafting a policy that will benefit our students and push them to successfully continue their education. Prospective students should be aware of the program policies before signing the enrollment agreement.

Here are some general policy terms that have been outlined in the student agreement form:

Attendance and Grading Policy
To receive a certificate of completion from the school, students must fulfill all requirements including passing the program coursework. In order to pass a course, students must have at least a 70% in the course after grades are finalized. Attendance of scheduled classes is very important and will be considered to determine your eligibility to pass the course. 80% attendance is needed to pass a course. If a student fails a course (received under a 70%), they will not fulfill the requirement of passing the course, and will need to retake the class and pass to be able fulfill such requirement.

Buyers Right to Cancel
Those who have enrolled in our programs have the right to cancel their enrollment agreement and receive a full refund 7 business days after signing the enrollment agreement. Buyers can only nullify their enrollment agreement and receive a full refund if they submit an intent to cancel to The Aquarius Institute within 7 business of the enrollment agreement and if this intent to cancel is submitted before the first day of class (outlined as class start date in enrollment agreement).

Course Retake Policy
If a course is not passed, students must retake the course. The retake fee is $2000 per course that needs to be retaken. A down payment of $1000 is needed to enroll in the retaken course, the rest can be broken up into monthly installments which are added to the current payment plan if applicable.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows our students to withdraw from the program up until 60% of the program has been completed.

Students who decide to cancel their enrollment within 7 business days of enrolling and prior to the first day of class will be able to receive a full refund of tuition and fees paid. If the notice cancellation is done 7 days after enrollment and is still prior to the first day of class, students will receive a full refund of any tuition paid. However, they will not receive a refund for the $150 administration fee that is charged prior to enrolling.

When the notice of cancellation is given after the student’s completion of the first day of scheduled class attendance, but prior to the student’s completion of 5% of the program, Aquarius will retain the application/registration fee, an amount not to exceed 10% of the tuition and other instructional charges or $300.00 - whichever is less, plus the cost of any books or materials, which have been provided by Aquarius.

When the student has completed in excess of 5% of the program of instruction, Aquarius will retain the application/registration fee, and the cost of any books and materials which have been provided by Aquarius, but shall refund a part of the tuition and other instructional charges in accordance with the following:

Aquarius will retain an amount computed pro rata by days in class plus 10% of tuition and other instructional charges up to completion of 60% of the program of instruction. When the student has completed in excess of 60% of the program of instruction, Aquarius will retain the application/registration fee and the entire tuition and other charges.
